Project Description: Malouf Construction contracted with Entergy as their prime design-build contractor for a new warehouse / office facility for Entergy at their Hinds Plant. The project consisted of approximately 3,000 SF of outside covered storage, 8,000 SF of warehouse, and 4,000 SF of office space with parking. The conference room in the office space was designed and constructed to meet FEMA standards to function as a storm shelter. Malouf crews self-performed all earthwork, storm drainage, and concrete construction for drilled shafts and structural slabs on void forms.
