Project Description: Malouf Construction provided services for the removal and replacement of drive ways and parking lots for Milwaukee Tools. The total area of the concrete removed was approximately 276,000 Sq. Ft. The existing concrete removed was crushed and re-used for base materials. The new concrete areas consisted of 93,636 SqFt of 8” with truck docks, 178,263 SqFt of 6”, and 4,428 SqFt of new sidewalk.
